Wines Presentation



MERLOT 100% 2008 :  A charming wine with a long, flavorful finish. Has a royal purple color and it is subtly oaked in French barrels. With soft plum flavors and a rich vanilla and smoke bouquet.
Has 13,5% alcohol, and it’s best served at 18˚C.
Best accompanied with: roast beef, red pepper sauces for pasta, all kind of tomato sauce cooked meat, lamb, barbeque, any kind of onion based- casserole cooked meat, black chocolate, sous with ice cream. 
* We suggest a pouring off procedure with decantation to a large glass or crystal carafe some minutes before serving the Aslanis Merlot 2008 wine.
CABERNET 100% 2008: A bright, intense deep red colored wine with ruby tints. An upfront nose of blackcurrants, raspberries, plums, spicy vanilla and tobacco aromas from French oak. A full-bodied, rich and an all-round wine with smooth tannins. Has 13,5% alcohol, and it’s best served at 18˚C.
Best accompanied with: quail, pheasant or lamb stew, meat pies, pastrami, grilled steak, spare ribs, saignant meat filets, Duck and goose, chateaubriand, potato dumplings in venison sauce and roast lamb, smoked meat, roast pork, poultry, light sauces, mature hard cheeses, pizza, chocolate.
* Cabernet is the classic wine to serve with red meats.

MERLOT 50%- CABERNET 50% 2008:  A wonderful mixture
of Merlot & Cabernet in your glass!

All varieties of the above red wines, are matured for 12 months in
French oaked barrels and 12 months in the bottle before distribution.
They can be aged further in the bottle for a suggested of 3-5 years period.
SILVER LABEL 2008:  Variety is Merlot 50%- Cabernet 50% and it’s a very good quality wine, in a more affordable price, due to the second distillation procedure.
